Intelligent Pig Inspection System (MFL)
This system offers reliable detection of defects on the inside and outside of pipelines economically and in a short period of time.
We conduct reliable detection of defects on the inside and outside of pipelines economically and in a short period of time.
Ultrasonic method (UT) can be used to detect defects on the inside and outside surfaces of pipelines from its inside.

Features of UT Inspection Machines
Ultrasonic waves are emitted perpendicularly from the ultrasonic sensor to the pipe wall, the propagation time of ultrasonic echoes reflected from the inner and outer surfaces of the pipeline is measured, and the distance between the ultrasonic sensor and the pipe inner surface (standoff) and the pipe wall thickness are directly measured from the propagation time difference to determine the size, depth, and location of corrosion loss.
It is not suitable for gas pipelines where water is not preferred, because it requires water or oil as a medium for ultrasonic waves.
We can measure defects in absolute values and distinct between internal and external corrosion.
If there are serious defects, we provide a preliminary report at the time of measurement, conduct data analysis, and after 30 to 40 days submit a final report.
